There are so many little things that lead up o an interview and being able to score one can seem like a huge mountain to climb. But don’t despair, because there are a few steps you can take to ensure you score the interview and that you impress the recruiter. Am I Being Ghosted?
I have only been at this Recruiting thing a couple of months, and I cannot even begin to tell you how many times a candidate has ghosted me. You start to wonder, is it me? Did I do something wrong? Should I have followed up more? Should I have interviewed better?
